Electrical Engineering In Print

We need to get our objective and mission statment into print and html.

It needs to appear in these places:

1. The ugrad handbook
2. The SOE webpages for the EE undergraduate program (where students look for courses, graduation requirements, lists of faculty, etc.)
3. The admissions office majors sheet for EE (handed out to prospective students considering which major to ask for upon admission).
4. The EE portion of the general catalog
