Computer Engineering In Print

We need to get our objective and mission statment into print and html.

It has appeared in these places:

1. The ugrad handbook
2. The SOE webpages for the CE undergraduate program (where students look for courses, graduation requirements, lists of faculty, etc.)
3. The admissions office majors sheet for CE (handed out to prospective students considering which major to ask for upon admission).
4. The CE portion of the general catalog

It needs (possibly) to appear in these places:
